Impact NOW! Foundation was born out of a shared vision to make a difference in Africa. Over a decade of working on various projects and gaining invaluable experience, our founders decided it was time to unite their resources and expertise under one mission. Over a notepad and coffee, the idea of Impact NOW! was conceived.
Our leadership team is a unique blend of professionals whose backgrounds and personal convictions equip them to serve rural African communities with excellence, compassion, and urgency. From a licensed administrator and former firefighter to a Kenyan native nurse, our team is dedicated to creating sustainable change through practical action and leadership development.

Our CEO – Licensed Administrator & Former Firefighter
Our CEO has been traveling to Africa and working on community development projects since 2016. With a career rooted in both healthcare administration and emergency response, he brings a rare combination of operational leadership and frontline service. As a licensed administrator and former firefighter, he understands how to build systems that work—and how to step in when communities need immediate support. His years of hands-on involvement in clinics, villages, and schools across Africa inspired the founding vision of Impact NOW!: sustainable change through practical action and leadership development
Our Medical Director – Licensed Nurse & Kenyan Native
Our Medical Director is a licensed nurse, a Kenyan native, and a United States resident who has spent his life bridging two worlds. His clinical expertise, cultural insight, and lifelong passion for leadership development ensure that every healthcare initiative we launch is grounded in both medical excellence and local context. He advocates for training local leaders, strengthening rural clinics, and building systems that continue long after outside teams depart. His perspective anchors our work in authenticity and long-term impact.
Our Engagement Director – Former Firefighter & Advocate for Empowerment
Our Engagement Director is a former firefighter with deep experience responding to crises and supporting vulnerable populations. His passion for empowerment and community building drives our outreach, volunteer engagement, and partnership development. He brings a hands-on, people-first approach that aligns with Impact NOW!’s commitment to showing up, taking action, and equipping communities to thrive.
